Quality Inspection
Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all Miss Mosa branded packaging and security tags attached.
Complimentary Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will schedule a convenient pickup from your doorstep within 24 to 48 hours.
Refund Processing
After our quality team inspects the returned piece, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7 business days.
